SHARON ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 28, 2011

A regular meeting of the Sharon Zoning Board of Appeals was scheduled for Wednesday, September 28, 2011 in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room, Second Floor, Town Office Building at 7:00 P.M.

Due the Rosh Hashanah, Mr. McCarville, Chairman, was present to open each hearing and to continue it without testimony to a time certain.

7:00 p.m.             New Hearing - Lisa Badessa, 55 E. Foxboro Street, Case No. 1677:  hearing opened by Mr. McCarville and continued without testimony to October 12, 2011.

7:01 p.m.             New Hearing - Risaluddin Taj, 47 Ames Street,  Case No. 1683:  hearing opened by Mr. McCarville and continued without testimony to October 26, 2011. 

7:02 p.m.             New  Hearing – Linda McSherry, 61 Chestnut Street, Case No.  1682:  hearing opened by Mr. McCarville and continued without testimony to October 26, 2011.

7:03 p.m.             New Hearing – Sky-PeckBoucher, 15 Samoset, Case No. 1680:  Applicant asked to withdraw this application without prejudice and will refile at a later date.

The meeting adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
